Parse String and count as one

Hi, I need some help with the following report.
I have a field “environment” that could have the following values

But it could have also all values together or some them.
I need to count them as Prod and non prod but, those that have have the value “Prod” must count only as Prod, and the others that don´t have “Prod” as non prod. How should it be to count them as one if they have more that one environment selected.

Instead of the “Issues created” or “Issues resolved” measures, you can use one of the predefined distinct count measures for your Bug and Incident measures:

For example- “Issues created count” or “Issues resolved count” in the Measures dimension.
