We want to find the average time (in minutes or hours) taken between each status in Jira workflow over a specific time .Is there any customized Eazybi measure measure for doing this . Please provide me the measure.
I have already taken a look at Average days in transition status and it is not working for me .
I need the report in hours , it will be of great help if you can provide me a measure.

Then you could create a new calculated measure that converts days (by multiplying the days measure with 24*60) into minutes and select the appropriate formatting (Days hours minutes) for the measure
