You might want to use the measure “Issues created” for your report as it would naturally show the issue count created in each selected period.
To get distribution by issue resolution period, add dimension “Resolution interval” and adjust the interval steps to match your resolution periods, 30, 60, and 90 days. If you do not see the interval dimension, go to eazyBI import options, tab “Additional options,” and select it for data import. Here are more details on how to get interval dimensions and adjust the intervals: Interval dimensions.
To see the percentage of each interval, click on the column “Issues created” header and choose Add calculated → % of total. Here are more details on how to add standard calculations: Create reports
