When automatically importing data from Jira, all the issues from eazybi disappear. And after manual import, the data is loaded. Help me please.
Does the Jira source URL from the “Source data” tab match the one in the browsers address bar? Please have a look at the picture below:
If they do not match, it could be the case that you have connected two Jiras to the same eazyBI database.
