Greetings - we’re evaluating eazyBI, and I’ve been unable to determine if it’s feasible to filter an entire report on a 3rd dimension without actually reporting on that dimension.
We’ve recently gone through a Salesforce/ServiceCloud integration with Jira, and I’m looking to report on issues by priority by staff member. Examples:
But having the entire report filtered on a series of “Issue Types,” which is a 3rd dimension. Is this feasible?
