Resolution Time per issue

Hello, folks!

Does anyone know if it’s possible to create a measure where I can see the resolution time per issue? I’m new here and if you could help me, it’ll be awesome.

Welcome to eazyBI community.
In your case, try using the predefined measure [Measures].[Average resolution days] or
[Measures].[Average resolution workdays] from the “Measures” dimension.
Both would calculate the time in days it took to resolve this issue.
