I wanted to know if there is a way to show the Service Level Expectation of Issues in the Cycle Time scatter plot? Essentially, its a horizontal line that shows the various % of tickets below a cycle time within the results that are present.
For example, if we have a scatter plot chart data table, that has x number of rows based on a filter and “pages” set, then i want to show a horizontal line on the scatter plot that shows the position when 80% of the tickets are completed.
something like the attached image… PS. i have the scatter plot chart. Just need a way to get the lines.
