(SLA) Time to first response - average hours

Hello,

This measure provide the results in hours, but I would like to see the result in Days - Hours - Minutes. Creating a new measure and just changing the format didn’t do the trick. I guess I need to convert the result back to D-H-M but how can I do that?

Hi @Jlf4EazyBi ,
Measure formatting for duration expects the input to be in minutes. If you have a measure that is originally in hours, you need to create a new measure, multiply the measure in hours by 60 (*60) and then apply the formatting.
