Hi, we have SLAs based on bug priority. However, a bug can be updated from Medium to High priority, We have 5 days SLAs on High Priority, how can we manage this into a report. Can we reset the timer whenever the priority is changed, or what can we do? Perhaps measure to be stacked and show time spent in each priority?

If you have enabled the change history import in the import options, then by default, the Priority field gets history imported as well - see more details here - Import issue change history
You could then user “Days/Workdays in transition status” measure combined with the Priority dimension. This will show you how much time issues spent in each status while they had each specific priority (and specific status if needed)
See an example below with one of my test issues. It automatically splits the time spent based on the Priority.
I don’t have much details regarding your SLA or how you calculate it, but this may be a good start in building the required report.
