I am very new eazyBI and we have imported data from 4 different project using the Jira option, since we need to restrict the data by project, we are trying to use the Rest API option to import data from each project separately.
We tried to setup a project that has almost 287000 issues, we see the count at the Column mapping page but it is showing in array format so unable to identify the ID column. So, Can anyone explain the process step by Step.
For restricting imported projects, you do not need using REST API.
I suggest using standard Jira import options and selecting the project you need there, then only data from the selected project(s) will be imported into this account: Data from Jira.
Additionally, if you want to import only a subset of data, apply a JQL filter: Data from Jira
