Hi,
There are several reports in eazyBI demo account showing Sprint scope change measures:
- Story Points Balance by Sprints - among other measures, this includes Sprint Story points not completed and Sprint Story points removed measures
- Sprint velocity chart - this also includes Sprint commitment changes measure
There is also another option to import Issue previous Sprints as a property and then you could do some further calculations with that. Please take a look at this community post: Can we find out which issues were moved from one sprint to another?
