Hello,
I did a report which sums up Story Points per sprint. There is a 1 point difference with the same SUM in Jira because one user story in Jira does not display any Story Points, while this value exists in Jira. I tried importing and re-importing data. What can be the issue? We use eazyBI plugin for Jira.

1) the definition for your eazyBI report:
Export and import report definitions
2) Get JSON of the story that’s causing the discrepancy:
Open an issue in Jira. Modify the URL of the issue replacing browse with rest/api/latest/issue and then add ?expand=changelog at the end of the URL. Save the JSON results of the issue as the file and send it to us.
