I´m trying to show in a report the time left before the SLA time finishes.
This is the time I see , when I look in a ticket:
Therefore I use the following measure to show this time (date+time):
[Issue].CurrentHierarchyMember.get(‘Time to resolution Due date’)
But the day&time that eazyBI shows is different than what I see in the ticket.
Is there a way to show the real due time in the report?
