The real "Time to resolution due date"

I´m trying to show in a report the time left before the SLA time finishes.
This is the time I see , when I look in a ticket:


Therefore I use the following measure to show this time (date+time):

[Issue].CurrentHierarchyMember.get(‘Time to resolution Due date’)

But the day&time that eazyBI shows is different than what I see in the ticket.
Is there a way to show the real due time in the report?

Can you please share more details on what eazyBI shows for this ticket as ‘Time to resolution Due date’ and what information is different from Jira there?
