Hi @Arpita_Solanki , To calculate the time in statuses, perhaps you could discover issue cycles. https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/data-import/data-from-jira/issue-cycles It should let you club statuses in custom cycles and then eazyBI would automatically import “Days in cycle” sort of measures for each cycle.
