Total from scrum board vs total on row

Attached image is a display of a sprint scrum board where we have filtered out a couple things:

  1. Showing only completed committed points
  2. Showing only completed sprints

Problem: I’m trying to find out why does the Master Scrum Board row total on the first row continue to show the committed/active sprint in the total points count 78% and the Totals bottom row shows the accurate completed total point 93%?

It seems you are using some Filter rows option:

  1. Showing only completed committed points
  2. Showing only completed sprints

Those filters might take effect when you add Total for rows for most cases. However, they will be ignored on the Board level. It will sum all committed and completed points, ignoring individual sprint selection. Row filters are not visible for a board level. Therefore, you see valid results for Sprints and for Total, but results at the Board level are not correct.

For this report, I would suggest using a Total of rows, instead of Board level for totaling results.
