So, our hierarchy within JIRA consists of 3 levels (epics, Features, and Stories. I am bring in the projects, but it only allows me to go up 1 level, to the feature. How can I get the data for the epic level (epic not defined in the current Issue type) to connect to the stories that full under them?

If you have imported “Epic Link” custom field (via import options) it should create a new hierarchy in “Issue” dimension where you could try selecting the “Epic” hierarchy levels to show the results in a tree view.
I believe the feature should be displayed in the “Parent” level of that hierarchy.
