i am trying to give access to eazybi account by jira groups. but I can’t find any of groups in browse user field.

Are you adding users from the User section of the account?
From here, you should be able to search by username or user group (case insensitive).
If you are still experiencing problems, please send more details to support@eazybi.com - what eazyBI version are you using and screenshots of the search results.
