Unable to display Tempo Team in reports

i am unable to get list of teams in team dropdown of tempo team in report, how to achieve this?

Hi @jekson,
There are following things to check:

  1. Have you selected the correct field for the import in the data import options? It should be from the field list of the Tempo app (the Add-ons tab in the data import options):

  2. The Team dimension should appear under the Tempo section in eazyBI:

  3. Once the correct field is selected and used in Jira, the data issues should show up correctly:

The data model of eazyBI imports the issues and the data directly related to the issues. eazyBI does not automatically create the full list of the Teams. Teams become the members of the dimension in eazyBI only when there is an issue with the Team selected (see above picture 4)
