Unable to mapping with Assignee Groups

Hi. I’d like to mapping the Delay Issues to the Assignee Group.
But now, the whole issue is going the same for each groups.

If I write Count function in “Delay_Issue” Measure, Can’t mapping groups like that.
If I use Sum, can mapping groups, but the value is incorrect.
