The “Issues Closed” measure in eazyBI doesn’t use a single Jira field. It’s based on statuses defined as “closed” in your eazyBI import settings: Issues closed measure
eazyBI looks at issues currently in a closed status and uses the last transition to that status as the closing date. This is different from the “Issues Resolved” measure, which is based on the Resolution field and Resolved Date in Jira.
To ensure accuracy, make sure you’ve correctly specified all relevant closed statuses in your eazyBI import settings.
