Curious why EasyBI is showing Issue Types with numbers (see Red marked boxes in the attached).

Typically, eazyBI displays the value ID in brackets when encountering duplicate values. If these values appear to be invalid, you can try emptying and reimporting data into you eazyBI cube to clear them. Alternatively, another possible is the presence of older historical values that have been renamed in your Jira instance. Without more details it is challenging to identify what exactly could be the root cause.
