I’m trying to get sum of custom filed values from selection of issues, but getting wrong result while in “drill through issue” values are correctly listed.

As you have some dimension in Rows and Pages and you are using custom measure, then it is hard to pinpoint why the result is as you see it.
The best would be to export and share the definition for your eazyBI report
