A normal user has the admin right after login

Hi,

I have a strange problem that not sure why a normal user has the admin right, details as below:

  1. after login, the user “eazybi_bigdata” have all rights what a jira admin have.

2.normal user “eazybi_bigdata” have 3 ids in eazybi database.

3.all latest events be logged as “eazybi_bigdata updated …” etc for all events what jira admin did.

could you please help to revert why it showing like this? and how to resolve? thanks a lot.

an aditional infomation that, the user eazyBi_bigData is used for geting json data only. the way to get json data is from Report results export API - eazyBI for Jira

Hi @xinranmo ,

From which database and table is the first screenshot taken? I suspect there is some kind of corruption as the user eazybi_bigdata has three entries, and three users have the same ID.

The eazyBI log files also can come in handy - Troubleshooting - eazyBI for Jira.
