Actual Closed Date v Date Bulk Status Updated

Alot of my JSM tickets had a Rejected state bulk updated to Done state as I was removing the Rejected status option. This resulted in all those tickets having a Closed date of the day I made the bulk update. This has messed up my EazyBI Open v Closed 12 month lookback graph with a hugh spike in month when the bulk update was done.

Is there any way I can fix this to return the tickets (898 of them) to the date when they were actually closed and thereby have the closed tickets distributed again back over the last 12 months ?

Hi @MichaelG

The best fix would be a custom JavaScripct code in the import options page for your eazyBI account, to “erase” the bulk change status transition and “replace” both “to” and “tostring” items for the last status transition in the changelog for eazyBI, so the last transition was set to “Done” (not “Rejected”).
