Add New Source Application - no Tempo on the list

Hello, on my Jira Cloud instance I have installed Tempo Timesheets ver. 1.3.8-AC. Unfortunately I can’t see the the option of " Add new source application" for Tempo. Can you please let me know what is a reason? EazyBI ver. 6.3.3-AC

Hi,

You don’t need to add Tempo Timesheets as a new source application, because it is an add-on for Jira. To add Tempo data, go to your Jira issues cube, and open eazyBI Import options: in the tab Add-ons, you will see the import options for Tempo. More on Tempo Import you can find here: Tempo
