Is there a way I can add other transition statuses to what is considered Closed? For example, we have teams that want there stories to be considered Done when item is Closed, in UAT, in Dem, or in Demo Queue? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Alternatively, you can use the Jira configuration options of creating your status categories; those will be imported in eazyBI as a hierarchy level in Status and Transition status dimensions:

thank you Janis! Unfortunetly, we have different teams using different workflows, so changing the status category would not work…unless there is a way to customize that within JIRA
