We have a tabular report that shows level 3 advanced roadmap items and offers drill down and drill through to child epics.
What we see is that an initiative (our level 3 item) only shows up in the table if it has at least one child epic?
Is this expected behaviour? And is there anything I can do to make childless initiatives appear in the table?

Missing members without children is not the expected behavior of the Issue hierarchy.
Those should be visible without the option to expand:

Thank you for the response (and apologies for late follow up).
I think it may be something about ‘cross joins’. For a more complete picture I have the following dimensions in ‘Pages’.
