Age Intervals explained?

Hi everyone,

I am new to EazyBi and have a very basic question on Age Intervals. What are the 00-09 etc representative of?

I am guessing it is days, i.e. an age interval of 100-109 represents an issue that is anywhere between 100 and 109 days old? Is that right?

You’ve understood the intervals correctly!

Yes, the interval will filter unresolved issues by their age at the moment of opening the report.
