All Jira tickets older than 30 days, 60 days, 90 days etc

Hi
I am trying to create a report displaying all Jira tickets older than 30 days, 60 days etc
I was directed towards the following report as a guide and it certainly appears to have the functionality that I desire.

https://eazybi.com/accounts/1000/cubes/Issues/reports/50398-open-issues-by-age-interval-and-priority

When I change the ‘Measure’ from ‘Issue Due’ to ‘Issue Created’ it displays a large number of tickets under (none) and I am not able to work out how to address this.
I have tested this in my own environment and replicate the same thing and can clarify that the tickets in question do have a date as such I believe the data should list under 30 days, 60 days, 90 days etc

Further investigation suggests that its not displaying resolved tickets against 30 days, 60 days, 90 days etc but im not certain why, all these appear to end up in (none)

Is anyone able to advise or help?

Can anyone clarify what ‘Age Interval’ actually pulls from a data perspective as it does not appear to include tickets which are Closed, Resolved

Hi @Paul

Thank you for the question! Age interval dimension splits unresolved issues into intervals by their age (since created until now).
Measure “Issues created” always retrieve all issues (unless there are no additional filters in the report): then resolved issues are aggregated under (none) member (as eazyBI does not calculate their age interval).
When measure “Issues due” is used, only unresolved issues are retrieved in the report, hence, all they are split by intervals and (none) member is empty.

Also, thank you for the contribution: I clarified the dimension description in the documentation based on your question.

Best,
