Hi!
I currently have an Issue displaying certain values in EazyBI.

I have a custom Field Called “Asset Teams” which lets you select a Team from the “Teams” Object. This Team Object has an Object Attrbute called “Team Owner” which lets you select an Object from the “Users” Object. This User Object has a “JiraUser” Attribute which is a Jira User.

I need to display the JiraUser in my report since i need to track work hours for these specific Users depending on the Asset Field. I am Able to list the “Team Owners” Correctly but i cannot reach the actual JiraUser in Assets to display them.

Can someone Help?

  1. A screenshot of your current report, what is working for you, and what is still missing
  2. The final report mockup showing what the result should look like.
  3. Whether you’re using Jira Cloud or Server/Data Center
  4. Export and share the definition for your eazyBI report so I can see the exact measures and dimensions you are using
