Average Resolution Workdays measure

Hi Community,

I have one question:

The Average Resolution workdays measure considers the time from issue created to issue resolved?
Or if it is a JSM project it verifies the SLA pauses and then provide Average Resolution workdays?

Thanks for posting your question!

The “Average Resolution workdays” measure calculates the time from issue created date to issue resolved date, excluding non-working days according to your Time dimension configuration. It does not account for SLA pauses.

If you need to analyze resolution times while respecting SLA pauses, you should use the specific SLA measures: Jira Service Management custom fields
