AVG Days between Creating Date of an Issue till marking it as 'Done' for each Asignee

Hello,

Could you please advise how to make a report

that would show Average Days for each Assignee between Creating Issue and changing Issue Status to ‘Done’

Basically I need a way to measure how long does it takes each Assignee in the Project from Creating and Issue/Epic to finishing them (marking them as 'Done").

I created a column named Issue Opened Age (in Days) but I cannot make it as Average on the Assignee level.

Could you please help me with that?

Hi,

The most straightforward way to create such a report is using the standard eazyBI measure “Average resolution days”.
This measure calculates the average time from issue creation till the resolution is set. That should work fine if the transition to Done status sets the resolution.
The average per assignee will be visible at the “All Issues” level in your report.
