Hello all,
I managed to connect our Bitbucket and pull data for the DevOps metrics, (import run successfully) however…
Now that I am comparing the results with the source data from Bitbucket I see discrepancies that I am not able to resolve. In nutshell I see missing data points in:
- Pull requests
- Builds
- Deployments
E.g. when I drill through PRs I see there are data points missing such as the one attached. Same goes for missing deployments and builds.
Has anyone faced a similar issue? or can advise?
(and no I don’t have any hidden filters on:)

There could be several reasons for these discrepancies, and the first things to check would be:

Authorization issues - ensure the user authorizing the import has full access to all relevant Bitbucket data

Import configuration - check that all necessary projects are selected for import and whether there are any time limits configured.
