Good afternoon, I made a report that brings me a customized dimension, which brings me the epics related to it, but what I am not being able to do is bring the issues that are children of the epic, could you help me with this topic.

It looks like you are just using the wrong hierarchy in Issue dimension.
Have a look at this screenshot I made in the sample report of eazyBI:
You need a hierarchy that includes all issues by epics.

I only changed the hierarchy.
