Burn up charts not working as they should as per the example reports

Hi

I am trying to replicate the following Eazy BI sample Burn up reports for our project that has multiple Epics . All other measures work well but for the Burn up and Burn up story points . Ideally I should be getting a dotted line after I select the burn up /burn up story points measure . Please can anyone give me any pointers on how to fix this issue ? I am capturing the following fields while creating an Epic :

a) Assignee
b) Reporter
c)Labels
d) Actual start date
e) Target start date
f) Target end date
g) Team
h) Priority

Worth mentioning that Epics are not story pointed individually but the stories connected to the Epics are .

Hi @himanshuchopra1986

Thanks for posting your questions!
It would be best if you reached out to us directly at support@eazybi.com with more information:

  1. a screenshot of your eazyBI report
    and
  2. export and share the definition for your eazyBI report
Export and import report definitions ?

There are various things that may have impacted why you don’t see the dotted lines. Whether you are filtering the report by an epic link? The start and end dates are caclulated based on story points added measure. Since you have different start/end dates - did you reflect them in the formulas?

As I mentioned - without additional details, it is challenging to determine exactly what is cuasing the missing dotted lines, therefor please reach out to us directly .

Best wishes,

Elita from support@eazybi.com
