Hello community. I have created a measure where i calculate the date diff in minutes → (created) minus (in progress). The thing is that it does not calculate the actual time Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 pm.
So, it calculates the time beyond and results into numbers much bigger.
Is this the case or it must calculate the actual time spent?

It seems that the function you are looking for is DateDiffWorkHours - learn more about it here -
