My EazyBI is linked to JIRA. I need to calculate when a ticket was moved from BACKLOG to INITIATED

You should select the Issue change history import. This will provide you with Measures and Dimensions to see issue status historic changes.

For example, Transition to status first date together with Transition dimension shows when the issue first made the transition; transition to To Do and transition from In Progress to To Do:
