Really new here but I have my Satisfaction results in table form but its raw data. To get a proper CSAT, I need to add the sum of the positive values (4 and 5’s) and divide by the sum of all the submissions. (1-5)
The percentage is the CSAT.
Has anyone created something like this or is it there and I just cant see it.
In eazyBI, you can select the Jira Service Desk Satisfaction ratings for import in the eazyBI import settings.
