most of the time ,i can’t open easyBI report in jira ,
error message:
There was error when performing your request.
Please retry or go to other page.
but sometime the report can be opened without error.i have no ideal what’s the problem.

In this case, I would recommend reaching out directly to eazyBI support and provide more details on your report (log files and the definition of your eazyBI report).
