Can't find field in the Custom field tab

Hi,

I need to create a report using Criticality custom field, which is a Icon Single Select field in Jira.
I can not find Criticality in the “Custom field” tab in the Data source configuration screen.

Does anyone know how I can import this field (as a dimension would be great) ?

Hi,

You might need to re-check if Criticality is a standard custom field in Jira. Standard custom fields should appear in the tab by default. If this fields is not a standard field, you should be able to enable the import using the advanced settings:
