I want to color all the row values by just checking the Tempo Planned Hours column by defining cell formatting on the weekdays measure Tuesday. So if Tempo Planned Hours have values, all the row will be colored. I just cant do it with range.
Help appreciated.

To highlight the whole row, you should enable the checkmark when you edit the conditional cell formatting.
If you follow this documentation page - Conditional cell formatting point nr 5, you will notice where the checkmark is.
