I changed the display names for a jira service desk customers but they are still not being reflected in my reports. I tried hitting the re-import button, but no luck, any suggestions on how I can get the changes data to properly show in eazyBI

In the case when you rename dimension member names, the only option to update your reports would be a full re-import with an empty cube approach.

Please note that when doing a full reimport, all reports, dashboards and calculated members will remain.
