Team - I’m getting multiple tickets as unassigned in Eazybi report but when going thru the issues in issue navigator, i see all issues are assigned to respective owners. unable to get the report refreshed to get genuine unassigned tickets.

Can you please advise when was the last time the regular import got executed?
Can you please try importing your data again and see if you still see discrepancies?
