Confluence EazyBI report macro not showing any accounts from Jira

We have 2 Jira instances with EazyBI, when trying to use EazyBI report macro in our confluence page, we can see the EazyBI accounts from one server, but the other server accounts doesn’t show up.

We have configured Oauth authentication on Confluence and Jira side. Is there anything else we need to configure?

Have you also configured the external gadget settings in Confluence from the second Jira? See our documentation page for more details - Publish in Confluence pages - eazyBI for Jira.

You may have trouble distinguishing the gadgets from the two Jiras.
