Thanks for pointing out this to us. The main idea of the hint was to inform users that they can run an import manually to refresh data at any moment if necessary. We will fix the message for it to be more accurate.

That makes sense.
For me was more difficult to figure out that some actions (java re-calculation, Custom field option updates etc.) needs emptying cube and THEN importing manually again. Maybe you could mention that in the hint text.

We are planning to add an option re-import all data in the next upcoming eazyBI version 5.0. It would be easier to just select the option instead of emptying the cube and then running an import.
