Currently in the Jira Issues cube eazyBI imports the data about issues, their projects, and users related to them.
We have thought of Jira Administration (not Issue) data analysis and I upvoted that feature request for you, but currently, this would be possible with SQL data import in a separate cube. Please see similar cases:
