Create chart based on JIRA issue field

Hello Team,
Is it possible to create a chart based on a particular JIRA issue field?
e.g. we have a field “Customer Relevance= Yes / No” for our different issue types.

we need to provide statistics on issues open, issue status, issues resolved, issues created.

can a custom measure be created on a particular JIRA field?

It needs to be in the extract: Go under Source data and select Edit for your project. There is a custom field tab that will allow you to select fields as measures, dimensions, etc.
