Hi
I am trying to create custom hierarchy based on email, I have a solution where I import an excel file with names and groups but as names are not always consistent and Jira, or jira admin, seams to handle it a little different with uppercases sometimes.
example in the picture work fine but I would like to change the name to email
I have tried changing the advance settings without luck
