i would like to show a report where i can filter between different times, say 08:00-12:00 and 13:00-18:00, how can i do this? thanks

By default, the eazyBI Time dimension smallest time unit is a day. With individual issues displayed in the report, you can view specific date field date-time values. But filtering reports by that can be tricky. Please see the following eazyBI community example and see if that fits your requirement - Issues created out of office hours.
If not, please share more details about the desired report structure and by what date-time value you would want to filter the report.
