Cross-Project Release

Hi team,

We use cross project releases to manage our Increments throughout the year.

When we set up a Cross Project Release we show the date; for instance

CY25 Increment 3 Start date 7 July 2025 - Release Date 26 September 2025.

We utilise fix version for each of the release, so that might be :
Product CY25 Increment 3

How can I do a report that shows:

  1. the tasks assigned to a fix version in the Increment; and
  2. illustrate that these tasks have an arbitrary due date of 26 September (in this instance) being the end of the Increment.

People do not always include a due date, and I am trying to more easily capture effort within the increment and then highlight the carryover.

Thanks for posting your question!

Can you please clarify how issues with multiple fix versions should be handled? Which “due date” should then be applied to those issues?

If you’d like to build a report to show issues assigned to the fix versions and be able to filter the Fix versions by their release dates, you may consider checking out this community post - Time Filter Based on Specific Data Point - #2 by roberts.cacus
